Becky is a qualified UK Athletics Endurance Coach who uses her knowledge and experience as a long-distance runner to help those who are new to running to improve their technique, reach a new higher level of fitness and to go on to achieve their ultimate fitness goals.

 

Becky has over 7 years of experience in long-distance running and is herself NOT a natural born runner, but believes that you don't have to be a certain size or shape to become a runner. Becky has competed for her home county of Lincolnshire in cross-country and middle distance track events, Loughborough University in cross-country and now represents her own Team 168 in road races ranging from 5K races to half marathon distances up and down the country .

 

Having run for many years, Becky has experienced many of the common running related ailments such as shin splints, knee cartilage damage, ITB tightness, exercise-induced asthma etc. that novice runners will often experience when they first take up a running programme. Her personal experiences mean that she is able to advise clients appropriately and help them achieve their fitness goals.
