Who do you help?
We help people who are not currently exercising or those who have started and reached a plateau in their progress. Most of our clients are women, but we can of course help men too! And our clients typically don’t feel motivated to exercise alone or would prefer to exercise with people of a similar fitness level or in a small group.
What if I haven’t exercised in years?
We provide Personal Training that takes in to account your current fitness level (or lack of), likes & dislikes and your goals so you don’t need to be ‘fit’ to join our programme.
Where are you based?
We do most of our Personal Training ONLINE (via Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime) so we can work with you in any location – nationally or even internationally! And we also offer home/outdoor Personal Training sessions in Loughborough, Quorn, Barrow upon Soar, Rothley, Mountsorrel and surrounding areas.
How will I fit the training in when I am already really busy?
We offer early morning, daytime & evening sessions to fit around your schedule so you can always find time to exercise and achieve your goals.
What makes you different from other Personal Trainers?
We genuinely want to help you achieve your health, fitness & weight loss goals and sustain your results too. We are also experts in exercise for beginners and have helped over 10,000 beginners to improve their quality of life through training with us.
Will I need to go on a “diet” too?
We are happy to give you advice on what to eat, when and how much, but we believe in small sustainable changes that lead to big improvements long term rather than drastic weight loss that is unhealthy and unsustainable, so if you’re looking to lose weight really quickly then this is perhaps not the right programme for you.
I’ve tried lots of stuff before – does this really work?
We’ve never had a client who hasn’t seen progress towards their health, fitness or weight loss goals whilst working for us so we are confident you won’t be any different.
