Each podcast will take you through a training session selected from our Loughborough Half Marathon training programmes and provide you with motivation, advice and support for the challenge ahead. Each session can be done outside, on a treadmill or even on a rebounder (mini-trampoline). Or if you prefer, you don’t even have to run! – The session can be done on a cross trainer, static bike or with any exercise you choose. Whichever way you choose to train, onesixeight: fitness is here to help motivate, challenge and support you all the way to the finish line.
