Currently studying at Loughborough University, Mathew is an energetic fitness instructor all the way from South Africa! His enthusiasm and passion for exercise means that each class is new, exciting and most of all helps clients achieve their fitness and weight loss goals... FAST! 

Mathew shall be instructing at the Loughborough Becky Says Bounce fitness classes held at the Charnwood Golf Range on Mondays 6.30pm, Tuesdays 8pm, Wednesdays 6.30pm and Thursdays 7pm.
