How to start running & get faster too! (week 2)

At this time of year, now the days are longer and the weather is getting better, lots of people want to start running but perhaps need a little kick up the bum to get out the door… If that sounds like you, then the next few weeks of motivational video blogs will be just perfect!

Not only that, I also give my advice and top tips for improving your running – helping you to get fitter, faster & stronger. So even if you’ve been running for a while now, you’ll still find the video blogs useful.
