I really hope you have been feeling the benefits of my ‘Get back in to shape after Summer’ plan of action! If you haven’t made a start yet then ask yourself why not? Do you need more motivation or accountability? Have you lost sight of your goals from week 1 or perhaps you forgot to set them?
Whatever has been stopping you from taking the first step, try to overcome that this week so you can start a new month with a positive mindset and make the most of the last 3 months of 2022.
