September is almost here so we can all get back to routine and start achieving our post-summer get back in to shape goals (yay!). Not that I don’t like Summer or anything, but I love September because it feels like new year all over again and everyone is back from holidays and out of excuses!
So, over the next few weeks, I’m going to share my step by step plan & top tips for getting back in to shape after Summer.
