How to start running 🏃‍♀️(Part 3)

At this time of year, I get lots of enquiries from people who want to start running. Usually inspired by the London Marathon, lighter & longer days providing more opportunity to get outdoors and beach holidays being only a couple of months away.

With that in mind, over the next few weeks, I am going to share my top tips & advice on how to start running – with beginners in mind. Plus I’ll throw in some useful tips for those looking to improve their running.
