This week is onesixeight’s 10th birthday so I thought I’d share with you a birthday themed session!

Here’s this week’s workout:
10x squat jumps
10x press ups
10x up down plank
10x v sits
Repeat as many rounds as possible in 1 minute, 6 minutes & 8 minutes!
Aim to complete the workout x2-3 sessions this week
