In this week’s video blog I talk about achieving my favourite type of goal – FITNESS GOALS!
I love setting & achieving fitness goals and helping others to achieve them too. Why?… I love the positivity & confidence that being fit gives me. And in turn, I love sharing that with others and watching them experience it too.
Here’s some of the benefits of exercising and being fit:
Lots of feel good happy hormones
Reduced stress levels
More energy and better sleep
Feel more confident
Reduced illnesses & diseases
If those benefits don’t convince you to start getting fit then I don’t know what will!
