If you’ve been exercising for a while now then you’ll know how frustrating it can be if you get an injury that stops you from doing your usual activity – especially if you are training for a race or specific goal.
So this week, I share my advice on what exercises you can do if you have an injury and how it has helped my client to maintain her fitness and set a new 10K PB at the weekend!
