How to achieve your running goals (part 2)

And in this week’s video above, I give you part 2 on continuing your running progress. (You’ll need to have followed last week’s advice before attempting this week’s homework.)

My advice is very simple and designed for beginner level upwards. And as long as you do what I say and keep following the advice consistently, I know you will achieve your running goals in 2019!
